SAN BERNARDINO, Calif., June 13 /
Christian Newswire/ -- A rally will be held on Flag Day by area citizens in protest of a Council decision not to display a large American flag previously flown at City Hall. The rally will begin at 3:00 PM in front of City Hall at the intersection of Court and D Streets, says Lyman Stucky, event organizer.
Being called to attention are the City Council votes of May 1 and May 15 which failed to pass a motion regarding display of a large American Flag.
Expected at the rally are classic and vintage cars owned by local residents, to signify how important San Bernardino’s patriotism is to continued participation of area car clubs in the annual Route 66 Rendezvous.
