Christian Newswire/ -- Representatives of ECFA (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability) will join Christianity Today International and the stewardship ministry Maximum Generosity in unveiling the results of the "2011 State of the Plate," a national survey regarding giving to churches, in a teleconference at 11:15 a.m. EDT Wednesday.
More than 1,500 U.S. churches participated in the study in February and March, sharing specific details about:
· Congregations' giving in 2010
· Changes in budgets and spending from 2010 to 2011
· How much churches expect pending laws to impact contributions
· Internal controls and best practices used for financial integrity
