GERMANTOWN, Md., Jan. 22, 2011 /Christian Newswire/ -- Notorious late-term abortionist Leroy Carhart began doing abortions on viable 2nd and 3rd trimester babies in Germantown, MD, on December 6th, after being forced to move elsewhere by Nebraska's recent Fetal Pain Bill legislation.
