WASHINGTON, Sept. 27 /Christian Newswire/ -- Fr. Frank Pavone, President of the National Pro-Life Religious Council (NPRC), today criticized a proposed new group in California that says it will counsel elderly and terminally ill people on how to kill themselves.

"What this California group wants to do is morally no different than telling someone standing on a ledge to jump," said Fr. Pavone.
