HOLLYWOOD, Aug. 20 /Christian Newswire/ -- In a latest turn of events in the actress Lindsay Lohan saga, TMZ news is now reporting that they were wrong in their months long attack on actress Lindsay Lohan calling her a drug addict. It seems like the UCLA Medical Center where Lohan was sentenced for rehab can not come up with any medical reason to continue to hold her.

In its recent website report this is what was officially posted on TMZ's website on Thursday 8/19/2010 at 2:25pm states: "TMZ has learned ... the doctors who have evaluated Lindsay Lohan at UCLA have concluded she does not suffer from the drug or psychiatric problems that were previously diagnosed." Marty Angelo, the prison minister who spoke up back in 2007 regarding what he considered Lohan's real problem, is back commenting again.

"What TMZ and UCLA is reporting confirms exactly what I have been saying all along. Lohan is not an addict." Angelo remarked. "This is why I first approached Lohan in 2007. I feel her root issues are spiritual in nature and can be easily overcome in a 12-month faith-based residential treatment center."

Ms. Lohan turned down Angelo's two offers (2007 and 2010) to serve her jail sentence if she would be willing to enroll and complete a recommended faith-based program. Right now, UCLA is considering recommending to the sentencing court that it releases her prior to her mandated 90-day rehab stay.

"What does she now do?" questions Angelo. "Go back to square one on the streets with no help at all? Go back into the movie industry? Hang out in nightclubs just to start this process all over again? Lohan is not healed just because doctors can't find anything wrong with her."
