BUFFALO, N.Y., Sept. 5, 2012 /Christian Newswire/ -- Dianna Hobbs, Founder of Empowering Everyday Women Ministries has launched a campaign in partnership with Soles4Souls Inc., the international shoe charity dedicated to providing shoes for people in need. The goal of the campaign is to bless at least 1,000 children with a much-needed pair of shoes.

Few will argue that many Americans take everyday things for granted like shoes for our feet. But for millions, getting their feet off the ground is a luxury they simply cannot afford. But Hobbs' Empowering Everyday Women organization is on a mission to change that.

Empowering Everyday Women will run the campaign to provide 1,000 children with shoes now throughout the month of December, and requesting the support of its local and national community.
