No Price is Too High

CHESAPEAKE, Va., Nov. 13, 2012 /Christian Newswire/ -- "I believe in Jesus!" Across the vast field of people, hands began to raise into the air as one by one men and women accepted Jesus as Savior and Lord.

They were changing their belief from a polytheistic worship of gods, fashioned of stone and wood, to an exclusive worship of the triune God of the Bible. Joy broke out across the field as eternity was changed for 14,389 new believers.

This Gospel Crusade in Southeast Asia, within a country hostile to the Gospel, is what the ministry of Evangelism International does. Gene Strickland, president and founder of the ministry said, "No price is too high to impact large areas for the cause of King Jesus."

In every Crusade God demonstrates that He alone is worthy of praise by the miraculous healings of hundreds. In this crusade there have been over 1,500 reports authenticated so far.

A small girl who was deaf and dumb for 8 years is now speaking and able to hear; a pastor paralyzed and unable to walk, previously given no medical hope, is completely healed.

Others who had suffered for years with back problems, liver disease, infertility, bleeding disorders, Diabetes, broken marriages, Cancer, Aids, Tuberculosis, unemployment, Thyroid issues, Polio, cataracts, chronic migraines, healed.

1,102 people who had been suffering with chronic arthritis came to the crusades, heard the Word of God preached, received prayer, and were miraculously healed.

Strickland is quick to point out that only God can do this, "these are the works of the Almighty God, not of man."

With God's stamp of approval on this ministry, he made the plea for churches and Christians to support Evangelism International. "We have a very faithful, but very small base of support. I wish that Christians everywhere would catch the vision we have for these Crusades of rescue. It seems that Christians in the west have lost their love of souls in the pursuit of building larger churches and larger homes for themselves, all the while the Macedonian cry from around the world is 'please come' even as Christ commands us to 'go'."

Evangelism International has invitations from many countries but due to limited finances is only able to accept a few assignments each year.

"K", an associate director for the ministry and living deep within a hostile country declared, "we would see hundreds of thousands saved each year...if only more crusades could be held."
