NEW YORK, April 4 /Christian Newswire/ -- Pope Benedict XVI is coming to America (April 15-20, 2008). In light of the Holy Father's upcoming visit, what are the issues having most relevance to American culture at large and how do they relate to the Roman Catholic Church?
Opening remarks from His Excellency Archbishop Celestino MIGLIORE, Permanent Observer of the Holy See to the United Nations, with speakers Monsignor Lorenzo ALBACETE, author and columnist, Carl ANDERSON, Supreme Knight of the Knights of Columbus, Father Richard NEUHAUS, Editor-in-Chief of First Things, and Professor David SCHINDLER, theologian and editor of Communio. The panel will address these questions in a dialogue entitled "Only Something Infinite Will Suffice" (Spe Salvi, n.30), organized by Crossroads Cultural Center, and Columbia Campus Ministry.
The conference will take place at Columbia University, Earl Hall Auditorium.
