TOPEKA, Kans., Dec. 14 /Christian Newswire/ -- Kansas Attorney General Paul Morrison announced his resignation on Friday amid increased public pressure after details surfaced earlier in the week of his illicit affair with a subordinate and alleged attempts to use that relationship to influence abortion investigations. Morrison's resignation will become effective on January 31, 2008.

Sebelius return integrity to the Attorney General's office by appointing someone who is above reproach and whose pocketbook does not have strings to abortion blood money."
