The movie "Bella" is often hailed as a pro-life movie but it is more than that. It shows subtly but powerfully just how important a loving, intact family is in guiding one's views on life issues. They are intricately connected. Besides teaching this powerful lesson, "Bella" also challenges increasingly cynical and even hostile societal attitudes towards traditional marriage.
