Christian Newswire/ -- GrassTopsUSA is calling out Republican-In-Name-Only Senators Richard Lugar (R-IN), John Barrasso (R-WY) and Johnny Isakson (R-GA) for joining the liberal majority of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and sending the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) Treaty to the full Senate for ratification.
According to Christopher Carmouche, Executive Director of GrassTopsUSA: "The problem with the CRPD is that it's simply masquerading as an effort to assist persons with disabilities. In reality, the CRPD, if ratified would erode U.S. sovereignty, infringe upon the rights of parents, promote the pro-abortion agenda around the world, and enable those who promote population-control and believe that children should be 'sexualized' at an early age." He adds: "Why would these Republican Senators be so willing to support the surrender of our sovereignty to the United Nations?
GrassTopsUSA members and supporters will be generating faxes to the United States Senate this coming week and demanding that elected officials state now, in writing, that they will vote against ratification of CRPD as a means of cutting-off any future attempt to hold a vote on eradication at the knees.
