YORBA LINDA, Calif., Feb. 9, 2011 /Christian Newswire/ -- The City of Yorba Linda has rented its Community Center for use on Sunday, February 13 from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM to the ISLAMIC CIRCLE OF NORTH AMERICA which is tied to THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD. Two keynote speakers identified as supporters of terrorism, Siraj Wahhaj and Amir Abdul Malik, both linked to THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD.
 
Concerned Citizens for the First Amendment (CCFA) has notified the Yorba Linda Mayor, City Council Members, the City Attorney, the Police Chief, and numerous other California authorities including the District Attorney and Sheriff of Orange County, California.

The CCFA will peaceably conduct a First Amendment Educational Outreach on the public sidewalks at The Yorba Linda Community Center, 4501 Casa Loma Avenue, Yorba Linda, California 92886. Our purpose is to petition our government for a redress of grievances:

Our grievance is simple: CCFA does not believe the First Amendment extends to THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD, a known terrorist organization and a sponsor of terrorism.

Concerned Citizens for the First Amendment note there are six (6) reasons why the CCFA are doing this:

1. To educate all citizens about The First Amendment.

2. To familiarize all citizens with our cherished First Amendment rights.

3. To educate all who enjoy the First Amendment that it is NOT an absolute right: Religion, Speech and assembly are Constitutional only as long as they are peaceful.

4. It is indeed Constitutional, i.e., "American" to regulate Religion, Speech, and Assembly under the First Amendment.

5. The Muslim Brotherhood and Islamic Circle of North America's thoughts and actions flow from Islam. Islam flows from the actions and teachings of Mohammed which do not support our Constitutional freedoms such as our First Amendment or majority rules with minority rights. The Hudson Institute has documented this and has listed organizations and leaders in America who are part of the Muslim Brotherhood. This can be seen on page 52 of a chart found here. 

6. Both Siraj Wahhaj and Amir Abdul Malik have proven ties to the Unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation (and attacks on the former World Trade Center), convicted of raising funds for terrorist organizations, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, and the Islamic Circle of North America -- both MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD organizations in America shown in number ( 5 ) above.
