Pro-Life Action League's Images of Aborted Babies Return to Streets of Rockford August 12

ROCKFORD, Ill., Aug. 7, 2014 /Christian Newswire/ -- With the recent Supreme Court rulings in high-profile Hobby Lobby v. Burwell and McCullen v. Coakley cases, the abortion issue has been all over the news lately. But just how aware are people of the stark reality of abortion and what it does to its tiny, defenseless unborn victims? On Tuesday, August 12, the Pro-Life Action League returns to Rockford to display the truth about abortion to make it more than just another issue in the news.
"The Face the Truth Tour allows people to confront the horrible injustice of abortion with their own eyes," explained Eric Scheidler, Executive Director of the Pro-Life Action League. "And when they do, it becomes more than just another hot-button issue. It becomes personal. When people see abortion for themselves, they are more likely to do what they can to stop it."
WHAT: The Face the Truth Tour will appear at three separate busy Rockford intersections, with pro-life advocates displaying large posters that accurately depict the graphic reality of abortion, juxtaposed with beautiful pictures of living children, both born and unborn.
