LAKE MARY, Fla., Sept. 24, 2015 /Christian Newswire/ -- Mission for Orphans will soon start a crowdfunding campaign through Indiegogo starting late October 2015 with the mission to raise needed funds to rescue children that are trapped in extreme poverty, abandoned, abused, forgotten, forced into child labor and human trafficking giving them lots of compassion, housing, the basics in life and much more. 

While in Mumbai, India, the founder Gene Rumley could not sleep for weeks after discovering the desperate needs.  This made a forever imprint in his mind as the extreme poverty was more than his mind could comprehend. Discovering that there are over 20 MILLION orphans in India alone, Gene knew this was a call to…DO SOMETHING!  

Mission for Orphans is answering the call helping 5 orphanages that care for 220 boys and girls.  A beautiful girls home is being built that can care for 200 orphan girls.  The vision for the next 5 years is to expand and renovate the existing orphanages, with a vision of separate housing for new born babies.

Isaiah 1:17 …..defend the orphan and plead for the widow…    

The plan also includes building two more orphanages with programs to educate and teach job skills that will empower their self-esteem and future. A hand up has a rippling effect on all of society.

Everyone can be a missionary without leaving home.  Every seed into with Mission for Orphans is in very fertile soil.
