MEDIA ADVISORY, Jan. 5, 2011 /Christian Newswire/ -- In what is being called an insightful article, Jesusland author David Jeffers is calling on Congress to make sodomy legal in the military.

Moral clarity has come to Jesusland in that if Congress and Barack Obama are willing to repeal the military's don't ask don't tell policy, they should be willing to make sodomy legal.

In his latest article at Boogai.net (http://tinyurl.com/2blkhdb), Jeffers (a retired Army Master Sergeant) reminds the military that the Uniform Code of Military Justice's Article 125 currently makes sodomy punishable by court martial.

Jeffers writes, "If we decide to reject the biblical teaching on homosexuality and sodomy, then Congress and the President must take a stand and legalize sodomy."

Jesusland will be watching closely to see how the current resident of the White House and so-called conservatives and values defenders in Congress tackle the sodomy issue.
