Coastal Properties Group International, announced that the company has promoted two well-respected and seasoned real estate professionals. Laren Jansen has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer for the company. Myra Mueller Sload has been named President.
In her role as COO, Jansen will be responsible for leading the operational and administrative areas of the company. In addition to overseeing and managing finances and other operations, she will manage quality control, personnel matters, and internal systems and business processes.
As a seasoned real estate professional and multi-million dollar producer specializing in waterfront, relocation and second homes, Laren was consistently rated in the Top 1% of real estate agents in the region. She is a trained and certified Accredited Staging Professional Realtor as well as an educated and experienced short sale/foreclosure advisor and administrator.
Prior to embarking into real estate, Laren worked in marketing and advertising for such companies as The Discovery Channel and Sun Marketing, where she oversaw promotions management and marketing campaigns for national brands such as US Bank, Glidden Paints, Northwest Airlines, and ADT Security.
Laren and Alex Jansen formed Coastal Properties Group International in 2012, and Laren has been instrumental to the overall success and growth of the organization.
Sload has been with Coastal Properties Group since 2013, most recently as Vice President of Operations. In this position she was responsible for new business development, recruiting and training, and directing the operational functions of the company.
In her new role as President, Sload's additional responsibilities will include strategic development, performance management, and setting financial strategies and monitoring the performance of the company's various departments on a day to day basis.
Sload's impressive real estate career began in the Tampa Bay area in 1979. She has worked for such prestigious real estate firms as Park Place Associates, Merrill Lynch Realty, Prudential Florida Realty, Arvida Realty Services and Coldwell Banker. She served as the Regional President for Arvida in the Tampa Bay area where she was responsible for twenty seven offices spanning five counties. Prior to that, she was the branch manager of the company's most profitable sales office in Boca Raton for thirteen years.
