Christian Newswire/ -- Todd Tilghman, best known as the pastor and family man turned NBC's "The Voice" Winner (Team Blake Shelton) on Season 18, is set to release his first worship single, "Worth it All" on April 1, 2022. The release of this single is especially pivotal for Tilghman as it features the original songwriter and performer of the song, Rita Springer.
After spending years in pastoral and worship ministry, Tilghman is looking forward to getting back to his roots with such a meaningful song in time for the Easter holiday. "This song has always helped me through seasons when my heart was breaking and I didn't know what to do," he stated. "And it means so very much that I can share it with the world as we prepare to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus."
"Rita agreeing to feature on this was a dream come true for me," Tilghman continued. The music and ministry of Rita Springer have been so instrumental to Tilghman that she even influenced the way he led worship prior to "The Voice."
"After what has already been a hard year for so many, we could all use a little hope in our lives," he continued. "I want people to hear this and realize the dark season isn't the end, and every teardrop is meaningful. No suffering is forever, and no suffering is for nothing."
