BIRMINGHAM, May 21, 2019 /Christian Newswire/ -- Today, Al Robertson of Duck Dynasty announced his endorsement of Arnold Mooney for U.S. Senate in the race to unseat Democrat Doug Jones.

"I am proud to endorse Arnold Mooney," said Robertson. "He is a proven family values conservative with a record of fighting for the unborn. He is the best man to not only beat Doug Jones, but to also fight back against the establishment and liberals that are scared of a pro-America agenda."

Mooney, a State Representative from North Shelby, has one of the most conservative voting records in the Alabama House. He is a co-sponsor of the Human Life Protection Act that passed just last week--one of the most conservative pro-life bills in America. He also sponsored the Right to Work and Ten Commandments Amendments, and was one of just 18 Republicans to take on his own party and vote against the recent gas tax--the largest tax increase in Alabama history.
