NASHVILLE, Tenn., & CAMP SHERMAN, Ore., April 14 /Christian Newswire/ -- Soles4Souls Inc., the international shoe charity dedicated to providing free footwear to people in need, announced a new campaign with noted Christian author William Carmichael, former publisher of "VIRTUE" and "Christian Parenting Today" Magazines.  Carmichael has just released his newest novel, "The Missionary" (co-authored by David Lambert), which is set in Venezuela and focuses on the efforts of an American missionary couple that rescues impoverished children in the slums of Caracas.
