LYNCHBURG, Va., May 20 /Christian Newswire/ --  Due to the need to first communicate thoroughly with the Board of Trustees, administration, faculty, and staff of Liberty University, as well as the deacons, pastors, staff, and congregants of Thomas Road Baptist Church, it was decided that the public comments made by Chancellor Jerry Falwell, Jr. during Liberty University’s May 19th Commencement and by Pastor Jonathan Falwell in the May 20th Thomas Road Baptist Church Sunday Morning services are sufficient for the immediate future.  Therefore, the press conference previously scheduled for Wednesday, May 23rd will not be held.  Thank you for your cooperation.
