Nightmare Ads Being Purchased in DC for Final Days of Campaign

WASHINGTON, Nov. 1, 2012 /Christian Newswire/ -- Background: DC stations have been refusing to run Mr. Terry's TV ads, in direct defiance of the law.
 
Randall Terry is a legally qualified candidate for President in West Virginia, Kentucky, and Nebraska.
 
As such, he is entitled by law to "reasonable access" on FCC licensed TV stations that broadcast into the states (in whole or in part) where he is on the ballot.

His Presidential ads are currently running in Pittsburgh PA, Cincinnati and Steubenville OH, Denver Colorado, Hagerstown MD, Charleston WV and more. (His ads for his US House race are running in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm FL.)
 
DC stations WUSA (CBS), WJLA (ABC) and WTTV (FOX) have refused to run his ads. In a concise and binding ruling, the FCC has declared that Mr. Terry has a legal right to run ads on these stations, due to the fact that they reach West Virginia voters, where Terry is on the ballot.

Mr. Terry's ad agency has placed the following orders with the following stations. (More buys will occur for weekend broadcast, and Monday 11/5)
