OKLAHOMA CITY, May 20, 2013 /
Christian Newswire/ -- Restored Hope Network will be holding its second annual national conference, "Restoring Hope: The Truth that Transforms" June 21- 22 in Oklahoma City. Keynote speakers include Pastor Sam Storms, Dr. Robert Gagnon, Dr. Cesli Vaccaro, Andrew Comiskey, Frank Worthen, Jason Thompson, and Anne Paulk. The conference, which will also offer 15 workshops over the two days, is geared not only toward those who struggle with homosexual attraction, but also parents, family and friends, pastors and counselors. Several people who have left homosexuality will also be sharing their testimonies of God's kind transformation in their lives.
On June 20, Restored Hope also will host a leadership conference for those who minister in the area of sexual redemptive care. Pastors and counselors, as well as ministry leaders, are welcome to attend.
Founded in July 2012, Restored Hope is a membership governed network dedicated to restoring hope to those broken by sexual and relational sin, especially those impacted by homosexuality. We proclaim that Jesus Christ has life-changing power for all who submit to Christ as Lord; we also seek to equip His church to impart that transformation.
