WASHINGTON, Mar. 7 /Christian Newswire/ -- U.S. Senator Sam Brownback (R-KS) and Congressman Lee Terry (R-NE) tomorrow will hold a press conference to discuss the Parents' Tax Relief Act, which would extend tax credits to stay-at-home parents serving as the primary at-home caregiver for children age 6 and under.  The Parents' Tax Relief Act is expected on Thursday to be introduced in the House and Senate.
