PLYMOUTH, Mich., Mar. 15 /Christian Newswire/ -- Beginning with the March / April '07 issue, Outreach Magazine debuts a new Q&A column with NorthRidge Church Senior Pastor Brad Powell. Powell, author of Change Your Church for Good: the Art of Sacred Cow Tipping (Thomas Nelson), will respond to reader questions about transitioning their church.

Transition is something Powell is very familiar with... under his leadership for the past 17 years NorthRidge Church has transitioned from a dying church locked in a pattern of cultural irrelevance, to an exciting, contemporary church communicating God's Word to people from every generation.
