LUBBOCK, Texas, June 3 /Christian Newswire/ -- "The Bible In History And Literature", by the National Council On Bible Curriculum in Public Schools (NCBCPS) has been implemented in 2,045 public high schools since 1995. This course is taught as an elective, on the high school campus, during school hours, for credit, with the Bible as the student textbook. "The Bible In History And Literature" is the teacher curriculum guide, along with the "Teacher's Companion Guide" for lesson plans, activities, tests, etc. Over 360,000 students have now taken the NCBCPS course in the public schools nationwide.
