BEAUMONT, Texas, June 13 /Christian Newswire/ -- Angels Of Destiny is an organization, made up of volunteers, that gives small hand painted ceramic angels to people who are living with life threatening illnesses such as AIDS/HIV, cancer, transplants, very severe burns, etc. They are shipped all over the United States, at no cost to the recipients.

Linda Richard started Angels Of Destiny in 2001. Since they began they have given thousands of angels to severely ill people. Children are their top priority and are always placed first on their list. The angels are made to represent all ethnic groups, and they try to match the angel's race and hair-color with the recipients for a more personal touch. Some of the recipients are at home. Many are in hospitals, burn units, children's hospitals, hospice, military hospitals, and cancer centers.

The purpose of Angels Of Destiny is to brighten someone's day and to and give them hope and comfort. They are funded 100% by tax deductible donations and volunteers, they are a 501c (3) non-profit organization. They also receive donations of angels.
