CHESAPEAKE, Va., April 10, 2014 /Christian Newswire/ -- Bishop E.W. Jackson, who last year ran as the Republican candidate for Lt. Governor in Virginia, has endorsed Bob Marshall for Congress in the upcoming April 26 primary to fill the vacancy left by Virginia Congressman Frank Wolf's retirement.

"I am enthusiastically endorsing Bob Marshall for the Republican nomination for Congress from the Tenth Congressional District," Jackson said, commenting that his decision was made "after considerable prayer and deliberation."

We can rest assured that Delegate Marshall will adhere to his core principles no matter the opposition because he has a record of courage and unwavering faithfulness."

Bishop E.W. Jackson's family has roots in Virginia going back to the Revolutionary War.
