Beginning with discord established from Founding Fathers with Anti-Federalists party and Bill of Rights (which according to Alexander Hamilton and scholars of American History contend) were all implied in the US Constitution and Federalist Papers.
Ideals were further promoted through 19th and notably 20th centuries with spread of poets, essayists and novelists abroad in tandem with modern media outlets from radio, television and Internet proliferation.
Several leading Cabinet members of Republic of France are graduates of this institution of whom embraces the ideals of society as presented by Voltaire.
