'Switchfoot Revealed' World Premiere Friday, Nov. 27 Launches Holiday Programming at GMC, 'America's Christmas Channel'

Gospel Music Channel will present the world television premiere of Switchfoot Revealed the newest installment of GMC's popular original concert series on Friday, November 27 at 10:30 pm (ET). This exclusive concert, filmed in GMC's Atlanta studios, kicks off more than a month of world premiere Christmas specials, series and holiday programming this Thanksgiving weekend on GMC, "America's Christmas Channel."
Switchfoot Revealed features this top-selling alternative rock band best known for its incredible live shows in a rare, intimate performance, produced as part of GMC's signature music series Revealed. Switchfoot Revealed will feature such crossover hits as "Dare You to Move" and "Meant to Live," as well as songs from its critically acclaimed album Hello Hurricane. New numbers performed include the title track, "Hello Hurricane," "Always" and "Mess of Me." Switchfoot Revealed will be seen on GMC throughout December. Revealed is GMC's new 'Unplugged Meets Storytellers + Faith' live performance series and features artists performing before a live audience in an acoustic-like setting.
For the third consecutive year, GMC will once again become "America's Christmas Channel" beginning Friday, Nov. 27. Among the highlights of "America's Christmas Channel's" first weekend: world premiere Christmas concerts by gospel/R&B great Ann Nesby (Nov. 29, 8:00 pm) and the very popular southern gospel group Ernie Haase & Signature Sound (Nov. 28, 9:00 pm) as well as original Christmas concerts featuring MercyMe, Jars of Clay and others.
World premiere Christmas concerts ahead include: Mary Mary (Dec. 13), Chris Tomlin (Dec. 5) and Matthew West (Dec. 12). GMC will also feature original Christmas performances, specials, music videos and more throughout the holiday season.
