Christian Newswire/ -- In a speech to Orange County California, Board of Supervisors, pastor Drake pointed out that even the liberal 9th Circuit Court described CPS as "a huge child abuse industry." Drake also indicated that the same Federal Court said, "MONEY has created a perverse incentive."
California Supreme Court Justice, Carlos Moreno agreed that CPS is in need of what he calls Major Overhaul. Chairman of the Board Bill Campbell asked Drake to present to his office and staff detailed recommendations for the Reform of CPS. Requests are going out all around America, and will be collected with a deadline date of March 12th so they can be sent to the Chairman of the Board.
