ENUMCLAW, Wash., July 17, 2019 /Christian Newswire/ -- Trust God is the title of a new release as well as the main message of a book of poetry that inspires, enlightens, and encourages. Christine Samuels, author of Trust God (Redemption Press 2019), says it is written for "the discouraged, wounded, cursed, oppressed, lonely, doubtful, sick, brokenhearted, abused, despised, rejected, and neglected."

Samuels, also the author of And God Breathed (Redemption Press 2017) and For He Is God (Redemption Press 2014), is a minister, a licensed clinical pastoral counselor, and an educator.
Her poems have appeared in Today's Famous Poems and On the Wings of Pegasus. The resident of New Jersey received the Shakespeare Trophy of Excellence for her poetry in 2002 and 2003.

She says most of this poetry was written after she developed a prayer life with God. She encourages readers to trust God through all their adversities. "Don't give up and don't give in. God is merciful, faithful, compassionate, just, good, and will never leave or forsake you."
