VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., June 10, 2024 /Christian Newswire/ -- Anderson & Associates, PC, has filed a civil rights lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in Norfolk challenging the constitutionality of speed camera prosecutions in Virginia.

The case style is Seifert v. City of Chesapeake, et al - 2:24cv374 and is filed under 42 USC 1983 and the Sixth Amendment of the United States Constitution. The Plaintiff is seeking a statewide injunction on prosecutions of speed camera violations that violate the Confrontation Clause of the Sixth Amendment.
