If I were to ask your pastor and the overall membership of your church if Jesus is the example that they are to follow (1 Peter 2:21/John 13:15) there would be a resounding "yes!" In fact, some may even be offended that such a question was ever posed. However, when I access scriptures that suggest that about a third of the Messiah's ministry was dedicated to healing and deliverance, the atmosphere will more than likely change. Not a Glory cloud, but a hush will hover over most church sanctuaries.
"Deliverance is the children's bread"
(Mark 7:27)
The average reader would be surprised to know that many pastors and church leaders and members have absolutely no idea as to what deliverance is, or how it pertains to the Body of Christ in the 21st century.
Part of Significant Revelation Ministries' assignment is to venture into churches who operate devoid of a Deliverance arm and to have "Grown-up" conversations with leadership about this deficiency. SigRev is charged to train churches in this crucial aspect of Jesus' ministry.
The church, designed to serve as a trauma center has become a den of entertainment, merchandising and profit. Sermons of correction have been exchanged with palatable, easy to digest prosperity messages, happy thoughts and "good karma."
Right now, there are men and women of God in your church who love the Lord, and are suffering with demonic oppression, the impact of generational curses (porn and other addictions, poverty, lust, religiosity, etc.) and the lasting effects of ungodly soul ties.
Though there are over one hundred scriptures pertaining to unclean spirits, many churches do not acknowledge the reality of dark forces and/or the desperate need of sanctioning spiritual warfare. Our ministry witnesses the evidence of the Devil's footprint daily in the lives of so many of God's oppressed and bound children.
It is my contention that demonic influence is what has allowed churches to flourish in this world without actually doing what Jesus did and instructed us all to do.
One third of Yeshua's ministry included casting out demons, setting captives free and healing the sick. Healing and Deliverance are aspects of Jesus' ministry which we are commanded to engage.
Religion, fear, ignorance, and comfort have complicated God's word. Jesus says in John 14:15, "If ye love me, keep my commandments." We do know the difference between a request and command, right? If so, then how is your church, better yet how exactly are you interpreting the following communication (in red) as presented by Jesus himself? Mathew 10:8, "Heal the sick, [a]cleanse the lepers, [b]raise the dead, cast out demons…." Is this a request or a command?
Its nearly effortless now to find teachers to tickle and massage your inner-ear, and churches who desire to impress you with concerts and eloquent motivational speakers.
Remember the devil does not mind if you go to church, he just does not want you to change.
Mark 1:39: 39 Says and He was preaching in their synagogues throughout all Galilee and casting out demons. So, if your leaders are preaching and NOT casting out Devils, are they doing what Jesus did? This question is as simple as the one Jesus presented in John 5:6, "Do you want to be made well? These questions only oblige a "yes, or no" answer.
If you believe in Jesus, then the following scriptures are directed toward you: Mark 16:17-20: 17 And these signs will follow those who [a]believe: In My name they will cast out demons"; later it says "they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover." And 20 says they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. How do reconcile the potency of such scripture? It appears that there is no attempt to do so, it is easier to ignore and bypass them rather than to teach, promote and implement them.
The devil "is eating our lunch" during a time when the devil has parents being persecuted by some in government because they won't allow their 8-year-old son, Bobby to decide to turn himself into their 8-year-old daughter, Bobbi.
SigRev is booked well into 2025 for deliverance appointments! A person who I recently ministered to claims that she has been on another church's deliverance waiting list for 2 years! We ministered to a woman who has been to 5 churches and said no one would help her! Believers, how can this be if we are following Jesus' commands and are actually operating as doers, not merely hearers, but doers of the Holy word?
If the Bible says that we have authority in Luke 10:19, 19 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you; then why isn't the entire bride of Christ equipped to fight and defeat the army of darkness?
Many believers can quote the beginning of Hosea 4:6, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge" but some reason they refuse to acknowledge the second part of this scripture, "Because you have rejected knowledge."
Are you going to reject this knowledge or are you going to Be woke?
