Beuligmann, director of Christian Liberty Academy School System (CLASS), a nationally recognized provider of homeschooling products and services, joined Randy Thomasson of California-based Campaign for Children and Families, a former public school superintendent, former public school teachers and board members, as well as several California families, at a press conference on February 11, 2008 at the Universal Hilton in Los Angeles. This group called upon families to remove their children from the California public schools in the wake of that state's passage of laws which mandate the sexual indoctrination of young children in pro-homosexual lifestyles.
