GMC also finished #1 overall when Myers last conducted the study in 2005.
The Myers 2007 Emotional Connections Index is composed of five key attributes: Network Relevance (GMC finished #1 among the 100 measured national networks); Frequently Watch (GMC: #1); Stay Tuned Without Skipping Commercials (GMC: #2); Likely Consider Purchasing Product/Service Offered (GMC: #4); and Pay a Special Fee to Watch Whenever I Want (GMC: #4).
Among women 18-49, GMC ranked #1 in both Overall Emotional Connections and Network Relevance. Among men 18-49, GMC was #2 in both these categories. GMC also ranked either #1 or #2 in these same categories across other demo breaks, including adults 18-64, men 18-64, women 18-64, adults 25-54, men 25-54 and women 25-54. Additionally, GMC ranked #4 overall among households earning $100,000+ annually and #3 for Network Relevance among this same group.
