ICM Welcomes Tom Frommack as Chief Program Officer

HAMPTON, Va., April 25, 2019 /Christian Newswire/ -- International Cooperating Ministries is pleased to announce that Tom Frommack has joined the organization as Chief Program Officer. In this role, Tom will seek strategic opportunities to expand ICM's two major program arms: International Church Growth and Discipleship Resources.
 
Tom comes to us from Middleburg, VA, with more than 20 years of experience in general management and executive leadership. As founder of Triple-F Consulting Group in Middleburg, he has successfully led multiple organizations through significant periods of growth and transformation—including Option3Ventures; Watchful Software, Inc.; and ePurchasing Network. Previously, he served as Senior Director of Cisco Systems, Inc., and was a major force behind the company's rapid expansion in the U.S. market. Tom began his career in full-time ministry and holds a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. He will begin his role at ICM on April 29.
 
Tom's hire is part of a restructuring process happening at ICM in preparation for accelerated growth as an organization over the next few years. As such, ICM is pleased to announce the following title changes among its executive leadership:

  • Janice Allen, CEO/President & Executive Chair
     
  • Geoffrey Stiff, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
     
  • Jan Stringer, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
     
  • Tim Dammon, Chief Advancement Officer (CAO)

Tom is joining ICM at an exciting time in the organization's history. Having been in operation for over 30 years, ICM is approaching 9,000 church projects in 93 countries, with a goal of reaching 10,000 projects by next year. Tom's leadership will be invaluable as program staff work to fulfill ICM's vision of a healthy church within walking distance of everyone in the world.
